Rory Kirby, a fellow video professional who happens to be an old school mate of mine, has been hugely instrumental in setting up Kerry Media Network - a resource for connecting individuals who are interested in filmmaking. For far too long, too many creative people have been wandering around in Kerry feeling isolated from the filmmaking community and I firmly believe that the network will be a great success.
The first workshop took place last week - an informative talk on screenwriting - and I was very impressed with the enthusiasm shown by the KSM and their hopes and goals for the future.
